Refund policy

We want you to love your gear as much as you love Alabama football! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. To start a return, email us at with your order number and reason for return — we’ll handle the rest! Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method once your return is received and inspected.
